Our program consists of six short video trainings , accompanied by weekly live group coaching sessions where we get to do a deep dive into the material wherever you are in course.

In those group coaching programs, you’ll join people who are ahead of you and behind you. You’ll hear their questions and they’ll hear yours and everyone will learn together.

This page contains everything you need to know to make the most of this program so you can reach more qualified leads through introductions than you ever have.  Some of my clients have tripled their monthly qualified leads using the easy, comfortable strategies you will be learning.

Here’s how the program works:

 

TRAINING MODULES 

The  Training Modules are all available to you. While we recommend watching one per week and then attending that week’s live coaching call, you can work at your own pace. Some of these sessions have homework.  While it isn’t mandatory, my commitment is to review it and comment on it within a day or two of your submission.

This program is designed to help every financial and insurance professional, regardless of the stage or level of their current business, allowing all of us to go through the process together!

 

LIVE CALLS  

The live 1-hour calls will take place at 1 pm Eastern / 10 am Pacific  every Thursday, and will supplement your learning wherever you are in the program. They are intended not only as a follow-up to the modules, but also to give all group members an opportunity to learn together and learn from one another.

 

COLLABORATION

During the live calls, you’ll have an opportunity to work with other program participants, sometimes in small groups. I will also be inviting you to find accountability partners to work with you between live calls. It’s a lot easier and more fun to work in collaboration with others, who will role play with you, give you feedback, ideas, and encouragement! You’ll be able to connect with any other attendees on the Members page.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THIS PROGRAM

  1. Watch one Module every week, do the homework, and then join that week’s group coaching call on Thursday.
  2. If you miss our weekly group coaching call, you can access the replay on the program’s Replays Page.
  3. Be sure to answer the questions on the Weekly Check-in Form to let me know how you’re doing each week. I personally review your responses 24 hours before our live calls to make sure I know what to focus on and what you need help with during the call.
  4. Your panel on Coaching Genie includes a Journal Page you can use to submit your homework assignments and keep notes as you go through the program. You can make your journal private or public for other members to see what you’re working on and to give you feedback.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS ON GROUP COACHING CALLS

Please show up ready to actively participate in our group calls. Ask questions, offer suggestions to your fellow group members, and listen without judgement. We encourage open-ended communication. Our goal is that the time we spend together will be an open and safe place in which you can come with confidence and excitement.
