Hi, I’m Sandy Schussel.
I’ve spent the last 20+ years coaching financial and insurance professionals at every level. All came with challenges relating to growing their businesses, and I’ve been able to successfully help them.
They may call themselves advisors, agents, planners, wealth managers, coaches, or something else, but they’re all helping clients prepare for their future
Some are “captives,” some are independents, some work alone with an assistant or small staff, and some are in partnerships or teams of different kinds. Some are recruiting, hiring and training associates to grow their business through other advisors.
Typically, my clients have been in the business for 5-30 years and are grossing between $100,000 and $1 million annually. Almost half of them are women.
They all have different philosophies about their work. While many of them work with both financial and insurance products, some are convinced that only one or the other is right for their clients. Some earn their money from asset management fees, some through planning fees, some through commissions and some have 3 or 4 sources of income.
Some are specialized: focusing only on a particular product, type of client, or service.
But most of them are facing the same challenge:

What they did to get to this point isn’t working to bring them rapid growth. They’re buying leads, trying shiny new strategies that don’t work and spending a fortune on trainings that also aren’t working.
They have plenty of leads, but their team can’t handle them. So they’re doing a lot of the wrong work on their own and don’t have sufficient time or energy to work on bringing in more business.
They’ve lost their passion or their focus (or both). They’re being easily distracted. Consequently, they’re working longer hours but not getting the results they want.
